Flutter reports annual revenue growth driven by US market

Flutter executives reported strong growth in Q4 and full-year 2024 results, driven largely by US sports betting and iCasino. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 14%, while annual revenue increased 19%.

FanDuel’s average monthly players in the US grew 7% in Q4 and 13% for the year, contributing to Flutter’s global expansion. The company posted $156 million in Q4 profit and $162 million in annual profit, both more than double the previous year.

Flutter reaffirmed its $1 billion stock repurchase program set for 2025. Executives highlighted the success of its new “Your Way” parlay, currently in beta, and confirmed all reported figures aligned with prior guidance.

CEO Peter Jackson announced that FanDuel is preparing for a late-year launch in Missouri while working to mitigate the impact of Illinois’ tax hike. Addressing industry trends, Jackson called prediction markets “an interesting opportunity” but noted they lack the excitement of traditional sportsbooks.

Flutter’s earnings call on 4 March reflected an optimistic outlook as the company continues to strengthen its market position globally.
